Latest vacanciesYou'll find our vacancies are advertised here. You'll be asked to upload your CV and/or complete an online application form by the respective deadline.
If shortlisted, which we'd normally do within 10 days of the deadline, we'll then contact you and could ask some prescreening questions and/or arrange a date and time for your first interview.
Your first interview will be informal and relaxed, as we want to get to know you and find out what you can bring to the company. It will normally be carried out by the hiring manager and/or a senior member of the team. We will look at your relative skills and experience, employment history and qualifications and may ask a range of competency based questions. Bringing proof of ID showing that you're eligible to work in the UK is essential at this stage.
Following the interview, if successful, we'd normally contact you by phone or email to make an offer of employment. This is then followed up with a formal offer letter, once your start date has been agreed.
If you accept the role HR will then start your Onboarding journey, so you have access to our self service HR system and can supply the details required before you join, download your terms and conditions and start familarising with our processes. We'd also take up references at the same time as making all the necessary arrangements for your first day such as organising IT equipment, logins, company car if applicable and your induction, so you have the best start.
